A message from Penny Bernard-Schaber, co-chair of Wisconsin Fair Maps Coalition,

We appreciate your interest in working to positively change the redistricting process and to create permanent Fair Maps in Wisconsin. I have included information about the Community Hearing for better understanding of our draft proposal.

• It is time for Wisconsin to use this system which will give a stronger voice to voters and may create an opportunity for their voices to be heard and acted upon by the Wisconsin Legislature.
